First I would like to say, that I am extremely honored and proud to have PaulStorm onboard w/ this hub server mindset for gameplay. To be more specific, I see us as a place to go/come to for those folks that don't have enough to play on their own servers or in need to have more players to make up a decent sized melee. That is not to say the we are not a "Clan", we will be.My hopes are that we find 8 to 12 dedicated players that will build and maintain the core foundation of what we represent here.

The rest of the folks to come or occupy this hub will decide whether or not they wish to be involved at strictly "player" status or be recruited to become one of the Regulars that maintain the overall upkeep, costs and status of this server, its website and its forums. The mentality,as I envision it, would be for us "Regulars" to exhibit all the aspects of Respect,Honor & Integrity of fair and just gameplay. Also, without worry from other Clan affiliated players to be recruited or solicited to for membership here. This Will Not Happen Here.

On that same note, there are to be certain rulesets that pertain to membership and gameplay within/on this server and/or group.Once these rules are in place and confirmed that they have been read and understood,as per the confirmed agreement, ALL Violators(members & non members) will be removed from the server either thru being kicked or ban depending, the particular violation.

I don't know if this comes to shock anyone that has been associated with this server in the past to present day but, this is the progression to come. There are many things to iron out to make all of this come to fruition, without a doubt but,it is going to happen. There still may be a few more surprises yet to come but, it all starts with these three core values Respect,Honor & Integrity. As subjectionable as they may be,if you are not willing to practice those while you are here and be a part of what we are trying to represent here...then pack your bags & hit the road.We will find your replacement(s) who will be more than happy to occupy your vacant space.

As I am the new kid on the block, I am not trying to come in here as a Billy Badass. What I am trying to do is...bring back some life to a server & Clan that has the potential to be one of the best places to go to and find a good game and good gamers. This will take involvement and dedication. That is what I am looking for in our "Regulars" So...as it has been best said by "D-Generation X" of WWE fame...."If you ain't down with that then, I got two words for ya....SUCK IT."

So,If I have pissed you off by posting this,at least I know your awake now.

Thanks Bull :-)

I'm glad to help out. From what Ive seen in game, there are many great players, Most of them not associated with a team, or just been kicking about. Take Kenco, Hellcon, Duff, Tuff, SilverDev, BC, SamFister (lol) and Yourself. That's 8 right there ! other good gamers to consider would be Gumby and Bro. Dam ! you guys are more active than some of our players right now. You got the basics already. I can help you get this off the ground. For me my interest is helping you guys get organized and in turn form an alliance with {PnX}

By alliance I'm not suggesting a merger, I define the alliance as, two teams with the goal to help train and develop tactics, shear Info, Train Team v Team, trust me, do this and both teams will get very organised very fast, Also lets say we are going to take part in a Community Fun match. these type of scrims are always much larger then any competitive league stuff, Even we struggle to get enough players to do these type of wars, but they are so much fun and the ideal place to learn and improve :-) most league scrims will involve 8 v 8, some Rush scrims only involve 4 v 4, maybe 6 v 6. but they are very competitive and really get the blood boiling, although fun, you need a hour or two to recover

lol fun ! but not as relaxed as fun matches, where the main goal is fun, not your teams standing in a league, leagues are hard work and very stressful most of the time, good fun if you can hack it, but the community fun wars are always a better way to learn, and as its more relaxed, you have time to take in your weaknesses, also with out the stress :-)

If other teams and clans do similar, the BF community could organise some great Weekend Private fun matches. TBH that it what we need right now, organized community Fun Scrims, with other like minded community Platoons. FPS Nation could be the community hub we are all looking for, ( a forum section to book community scrims would be excellent) especially for the platoons/clans who don't feel they want to commit to a league just yet. Black Monkeys are up for a fight, I already proposed it a while back. I see also VIPness and many others, Some of these Platoons have 20 plus members.

BUT here's my lol moment, most of the players are in the same frigging platoons lol. I really don't get that, When battle-log was created, I saw the platoon system as a way to organise global matches with other platoons, right now the way the platoons are set up, there would be so much Mercing going on you would not know who the hell you was playing,

Well I have ranted on enough, but I can safely say you guys have the players, to form a very good team, as you know its not always about who shoots best :-) If you guys get organised you would give many teams a run for their money, and If we can train together the benefits of being able to shear tactics form both sides will simply be invaluable for both teams, I really hope FPS Nation gets a team together, and Start playing under a tag, Tags give you a bond, and a sence of belonging. Its amazing what a tag will do to enhance dedication, determination, and Loyalty.

{PnX) have available to both teams a
dedicated match server, with a league config, currently set to SC all on. FPS Nation is free to use it when ever they like, just give notice in-case we got a league match booked. we have a ling history in competitive gaming and can help out FPS nation with all things related to organised team gaming, and in turn you guys will be a great sparing partner and good neighbor :-)

Id also like to say Sec8 is a smaller team but with some great players also, maybe do a 3 way deal. this is where is see the community hub invaluable, to bring together teams that can work together , and lets be honest we are never likely to be competing in the same leagues due to the time lines involved, and possibly ping issues, EU clans never really compete in USA leagues unless your a pro, so the alliance would be perfect :-)

Regards Paul

We will be returning to basics. Returning to basics means leaders must lead. There is an acronym, FIDO - “Fix It and Drive On”. If you see a problem and can fix it, do so. If the problem is beyond your comfort level or expertise, then report it to some one in leadership. Then stand by their side, help and support that person in getting it resolved.

We are here to foster a community in which all members feel responsible for themselves and the community. We place a premium on leadership here. Does not matter if you are a registered Member, Regular, Reserve, Booster, VIP or Administrator. That is our core competency and that is what we are here to develop. As we have said in the past, Your opinion matters, regardless of your membership status. We value people of good character more then anything."

We have a proud heritage here, where integrity, good character and sportsmanship is of the utmost importance. There is no room here for becoming defensive and blaming others for our problems. There is no room in our ethos for anything less then our total commitment.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move out.

May i make just one more commit.

These rules of good sportsmanship are not for JUST our servers, but should also carry over to other servers. If your a member playing on someone else's server, you are representing all of us. Weather you have tags or not.

OK i may think of more but i will be quiet for now. BC if this is not needed please DELETE

As a re-found member from old MOH and COD1/2 days I am happy and honored to be back and battling it out along side your guys. I'm still noob and can't play many hours a day but I am putting in every second I can when not on wife or house duties ;). I travel a good bit for work so that slow me down some. Hope I am still considered to be apart of the group and look forward to being your target practice :)

I am on board with everything you said Bull. I'm hoping we can get this group back to what it used to be. I think most people here will be of similar mindset.
